Your Responsibility:

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your personal information. We encourage you to update your information promptly if it changes.This is a manual process done over email, we do not maintain trail of this information for you to review.

We cannot guarantee the security of your information.  We being in Mental Health Industry, do not maintain any patient history to maintain personal privacy.

The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration organization. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties and shall not be subject to appeal.
